"At peak periods they are fantastic and there for any little problem you have, a couple of years ago at Mothers Day on the Saturday we ran out of flowers 3 times during the day, Wayne came from Derby to Sheffield 3 times to restock us and then again when we ran out in the evening and he was prepared to go to the unit to meet our driver and open up so that we could restock again. We weren't expecting this level of service, i know it was good business for us both. So we are happy that we can fax, text or phone and the flower will always be there for us."
